The TryBooking Ticket System will work as follows:

· Player/Parent to purchase ticket online via TryBooking.

· Parent will have to choose date for which the ticket will be valid.

· Ticket can be purchased for $10.80 (the additional .50c is an online booking fee, normal with TryBooking. The Trybooking service fee of 2.5% will be paid by the Association for this season only).

· Parent will have the option to print ticket out if they choose.

· Parent to present ticket (via phone or print out) at entry to BSEC/Minerdome for staff member to scan upon entry. Once scanned they become invalid to use again and any future attempt at scanning will reject on ticket.

· If printed ticket, it may be discarded in bin provided next to the staff member. The Association is adding an extra staff member at each entry to expedite this process.

FAQ

· Tickets cannot be used the following week; you purchase a ticket for a select session/day.

· You can buy multiple tickets at once, providing you can select which days they are to be used.

· There is a credit card surcharge on top of the normal fee and booking fee which will be absorbed by BBA for the Lightening Premiership season only. In addition, the BBA is already absorbing all additional staff and hygiene costs, without raising game fees, or reducing game time duration.

· Players will choose designated day / date session on TryBooking and purchase a ticket to bring with them on day of play for entry access – which can be either physical print or a phone e-ticket.

· These tickets are to be shown at venue entry on the day for staff scanning to grant entry and as proof of payment. Ticket duplicates cannot be made as scanning system will reject copies.

· Payment and ticket purchases can be made prior to gameday or alternatively players can jump on TryBooking and book / pay instantly before coming to the venue. For example, in the case of those filling in or playing an extra game without notice they can go online and purchase an admission ticket for that game to gain entry again.

· All patrons must have a ticket to gain entry.
